All riders must complete and sign a wavier before participating in activities at Sprocket Ranch. Minors must have the form signed by BOTH parents/legal guardians.

Please print, complete, and bring the form on your first visit to Sprocket Ranch. Please note that Sprocket Ranch is an alcohol free facility.
We will keep your wavier on file for one year, so you do not need to fill one out for every visit.
